You maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations, guiding yourself and your team through complexity with a steady, positive hand. • Advanced Sales Finance, Operations, or Strategy experience, ideally in an Enterprise SaaS environment • Proven ability to influence and provide strategic recommendations to key executives in order to support decision-making and execution • Strong knowledge and understanding of sales cycles, quota setting, territory planning, and sales compensation • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for top-line understanding and P&L forecasting • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across all levels of the organization • Proficiency in Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Clari, and/or other comparable software systems • At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with. Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the SVP, APJ Sales and the APJ GTM leadership team, acting in a regional commercial CFO capacity • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to bring awareness of business results, highlighting focus areas to drive business growth • Lead the annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting process for APJ including top line and expenses/HC, leveraging artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and machine learning • Drive the process to develop a long-range plan and associated financial model for the APJ region to deliver $1B ARR • Work with Sales Ops and Sales Comp to understand operational elements critical for success of the region, including comp strategy, quota/territory planning, and pipeline analytics
