Requirements

In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the management of our travel management function - the engine that makes our travel platform work for businesses. • Vision and roadmap setting for the travel management products and team strategy, including resource allocation, goal setting and strategic execution. This requires a balance between long and short term as well as a balance between individual team goals and the larger product area goals. • Work with cross functional design and engineering leaders to create the overarching strategy on the team. • You’ll own teams working on areas like Roles, Permissions, Account Setup, Travel Policies, Reporting, Insights and strategic integrations • Get your hands dirty and get into the product yourself if needed.
