Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role. • Proven experience managing NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, OneWorld, Multi-book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management. • Proficiency in NetSuite imports and exports for data uploads and data updates via CSV as part of data management. • Being able to diagnose and resolve system issues, analyze error messages, and optimize system performance. • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. • Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across all organizational levels. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • NetSuite Administrator Certification • Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and it’s integration with NetSuite • Understanding of Avalara for sales tax integrations • Use of a middleware (i.e. Boomi, Celigo, Workato, etc.) integrated with NetSuite
Responsibilities
