Requirements
• We are looking for someone who can bring: • strong debt collection/recoveries industry knowledge; • existing relationships with agencies, banks, lenders, fintechs or BPO/contact centre operators; • ability to validate the product with real buyers; • commercial drive to secure first pilots and customers; • input into pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy. • Strong network in the debt collection or recovery market. • Ability to access decision makers and potential pilot customers. • Entrepreneurial mindset. • Commercially driven and comfortable with early-stage uncertainty. • Fluent English. • Willingness to work on an equity-only basis at the early stage. • What Altamira brings • AI voice-agent engineering capability. • Software product development team. • Ability to build demos and MVPs quickly. • Backend, integration, cloud, and automation expertise. • Operational support to develop and maintain the product. • Our transparent recruitment journey usually takes up to 2 weeks and includes a few stages: • Recruiting Interview -> 30-45 min • Technical Interview -> 1-1,5h • Client Interview (optional) -> up to 1h • Reference Check • If you're seeking a flexible, welcoming, and professional environment, join our freelance project-based team! • We do believe that the success of altamira.ai is impossible without the success of our Talents and the success of our Clients!
Responsibilities
• Help define the product and commercial positioning. • Identify the strongest use cases for AI voice agents in debt collection. • Open doors to potential pilot customers. • Lead or support customer discovery and sales conversations. • Advise on workflows, scripts, compliance constraints and buyer expectations. • Help shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market. • Work closely with Altamira’s technical team to prioritise product features. • You may be a strong fit if you are: • a former or current debt collection executive; • a collections operations leader; • a sales leader selling into banks, lenders, fintechs or collection agencies; • a founder or senior manager of a collection agency; • a consultant in debt recovery, credit operations or financial services; • a commercial leader in debt collection software, CRM, diallers or contact-centre solutions.
