Prolific - Senior Expert Acquisition Lead
Requirements
• 7+ years' experience building acquisition strategies for specialist talent, expert communities or difficult-to-reach professional audiences. • Experience working within marketplaces, expert networks, crowdsourcing platforms, talent platforms or other two-sided ecosystems is highly desirable. • A proven track record of building scalable sourcing strategies rather than simply executing existing recruitment processes. • Strong experience sourcing specialist or technical audiences across multiple domains or geographies. • Experience improving acquisition funnels through experimentation, conversion optimisation and data-driven decision making. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using acquisition metrics to evaluate channel performance, funnel health and growth opportunities. • Experience building dashboards, reporting or operational metrics that improve visibility and decision making. • Confidence working cross-functionally with technical stakeholders, including Product, Engineering and Data Science teams. • Experience using CRM, sourcing, recruitment or growth tooling, with an eye for automation and process improvement. • A structured, first-principles approach to solving ambiguous problems and building processes where none exist.
