Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven company. • Proven experience working with popular ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. • A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and recruiting, with experience in building talent pipelines. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Passion for talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Experience recruiting internationally is a plus. • Fluency in written and verbal communication in English. • Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to managing candidate pipelines across various departments. • Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and proactive outreach. • Manage and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure accurate record-keeping and organizational efficiency throughout the hiring process. • Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring priorities and provide strategic recruitment support. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures, offering insights and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. • Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive insights to adapt our recruitment strategies accordingly.
