Requirements
• At least 4 years of recruiting experience in demanding environments, ideally in tech or high-growth settings • Strong depth in recruiting for either Enterprise GTM, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, or Science roles • Comfort managing searches independently in highly competitive talent markets • Ability to solve problems and improve processes using data • Experience supporting international recruitment and communicating effectively in English • Capability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility and tact • Capacity to operate from strategy down to hands-on tasks with organization and discipline • Familiarity with tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Modernloop is a plus
Responsibilities
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies • Attract and engage unique candidates across diverse functions and locations • Oversee end-to-end candidate journeys, ensuring clear communication at every stage • Identify and fulfill complex roles in multi-location settings • Analyze data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas in talent processes • Propose and implement enhancements to processes, documentation, and tools • Collaborate to raise standards in candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness • Play a central role in evolving the overall talent acquisition function
