Responsibilities

• (80%) Own end-to-end recruiting for OKTOBER: sourcing, screening, and closing 6+ hires a month across RM, Design, and other roles • (10%) Support core People Ops, from onboarding to day-to-day people questions, keeping things running smoothly as the team grows fast • (10%) Partner closely with our P&C Lead on strategic initiatives, from org structure rollouts to process design, as we build our people foundations from the ground up
