Requirements
• Millions in cumulative paid Search spend across multiple verticals — tactical operator, not "manager from above." • 5–10+ years B2B paid Search at SaaS or AI, senior-IC accountability anchored to SQL pipeline and closed-won, not lead volume. • A recognized AEO point of view. You have a documented thesis on how SEO, AEO, and citation-building converge into one earned-discovery discipline. • AI-tooling implementation experience inside a marketing function. You have a working thesis on how AI reshapes team shape, output, and leverage. • SQL and GA4 fluent. You read raw data, own attribution, and don't wait for an analyst. • Operator-first orientation. You run Google Ads at the keyboard from day one. • AI-native daily workflow. Claude, Claude Code, Cursor — for SQR analysis, keyword research, LP copy variants, bidding scenarios, AEO drafting, citation tracking. • Founder mentality. You're building a discipline, not inheriting one. You thrive with ambiguity, move fast, and figure things out. • EU primary (Warsaw, Paris, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Stockholm, Istanbul). NYC secondary. Remote OK with EU/ET overlap.
Benefits
• No layers. No SEO manager, no paid lead, no AEO consultant between you and the work. You own all three. • The discipline you build will define how Viktor gets discovered. AI-engine citation is being shaped right now, by whoever's paying attention. You're not running campaigns. You're choosing the frame. • The product makes the work easier. The demo closes when the right buyer finds it. Your job is making sure they find it — through paid, through organic, through the answer engines that increasingly stand between buyers and vendors. • The CMO and co-founders already believe Search is strategic. You won't spend your first six months convincing anyone that this matters. • Paid Bing reps in addition to Google. • You've built or operated an AEO measurement frame in a prior role. • Multilingual Search ops experience (EU verticals). • Prior B2B SaaS rebrand or domain migration experience. • You've worked somewhere the founders were close to the GTM motion and you loved partnering on it, not working around it. • Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day. We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate. • Everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on. When it breaks, you fix it. When it wins, everyone knows whose work it was. • We use Viktor to build Viktor. You'll see what you're working on in action every day. • This is a rare window. The product works. The market is pulling. The team is small enough that what you do next week will be live in production next week. That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true. • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage. • We're in Munich, New York, and Warsaw. Onsite preferred. The best work happens when you're in the room.
