Outreach - Senior Commission Analyst

• Your Daily Adventures Will Include • Administer the sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews • Identify operational issues and process improvements; collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to development solutions • Support accruals and ad hoc reporting • Respond to employee questions regarding commission and policies in a timely manner • Document assigned sales compensation processes • Assist with Xactly implementation and/or reporting development • Ad-hoc projects and back-up for other team members • Our Vision of You • 3+ years of sales compensation experience • Xactly administration experience is preferred • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related fields, or equivalent experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complete data into clear insights and actionable recommendations • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.) • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence and supporting sales performance through data-driven solutions • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance aligned to company guidelines • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively across departments are various levels of the organization • $80,000 - $110,000 a year • The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience.
