Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular engagement and communication. • Manage customer inquiries, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions. • Drive account renewals, rate adjustments, cross-sells, and upsells by uncovering customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. • Negotiate pricing, document opportunities, and close sales and renewal agreements. • Establish customer success goals, support onboarding, and monitor account health against defined targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes. • Maintain high activity levels, manage multiple priorities, and adapt positively in a fast-paced environment. • Continuously learn and develop skills to create mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.
