• Build working knowledge of Arcadia’s platform, data workflows, and implementation playbooks. • Own scoped tasks and workstream deliverables with guidance; maintain strong project hygiene. • Support client meetings through preparation, documentation, and follow-ups. • Identify blockers early and escalate risks with appropriate context. • Independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables within enterprise implementations after 6 months. • Troubleshoot common data and configuration issues with minimal support after 6 months. • Lead tactical client communications and present clear project updates after 6 months. • Proactively manage dependencies, timelines, and risks across teams after 6 months. • Lead data validation efforts and advise customers on how ingestion and configuration decisions affect their analytics after 12 months. • Own significant portions of implementations end-to-end with minimal oversight after 12 months. • Act as a trusted day-to-day partner for enterprise customers, linking work to outcomes after 12 months. • Anticipate and mitigate data, project, and cross-functional risks before impact after 12 months. • Contribute to process improvements, mentor peers, and demonstrate readiness for EIM role after 12 months.
