The Voleon Group - Systems Administrator (Corporate IT)

• 3-5+ years in IT systems administration, platform operations, and user support • Strong proficiency in macOS and Windows endpoint administration • Solid experience with endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune) • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Entra ID administration • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Time Machine) • Experience with collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
