Requirements

• 3-5+ years in IT systems administration, platform operations, and user support • Strong proficiency in macOS and Windows endpoint administration • Solid experience with endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune) • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Entra ID administration • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash) • Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Time Machine) • Experience with collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Slack, Zoom) including user administration, provisioning, and license management • Provide technical support and escalation for the End User Support team. Resolve complex issues, assist with challenging requests, and coach service desk engineers • Own employee technology lifecycle including provisioning workflows, hardware inventory, device refresh programs, and secure offboarding • Maintain IT infrastructure including backup systems, server operations, and network services in partnership with Engineering • Administer endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune) including policies, software deployment, security enforcement, and fleet updates • Build automation and tooling using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline operations and reduce manual work • Create operational documentation (runbooks, standards, guides). Partner with Engineering on infrastructure projects
