Requirements

• TypeScript: You have strong experience building production systems with TypeScript. • Our Stack: You’ve worked with technologies such as NestJS, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, BullMQ, Docker and AWS. • Webflow: You’ve built and optimized marketing sites and funnels in Webflow. • Growth Integrations: You’ve built on payments, CRM and analytics platforms such as Stripe, Customer.io and PostHog. • Conversational AI: You’ve built AI agents, chatbots or LLM-powered workflows that talk to customers or drive conversions. • Multi-Market: You’ve launched products in several countries, with different languages, currencies or regulations. • Startup Experience: You’ve worked in an environment where speed, ambiguity, and individual ownership were critical. • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field is a strong advantage. • Our cultural standards • We aim to make this your life's work. Responsibilities

• Own Conversion: Own funnels from first click to first purchase, and keep shipping until they convert. • Ship Experiments at Pace: Build and run landing page, quiz, eligibility and checkout experiments every week, together with a Funnel Conversion Lead and a Web Designer. • Convert with Jesse: Build conversational funnels with our Growth Engineering Lead, where Jesse guides every lead to starting treatment. • Launch New Markets: Take new funnels from MVP to a converting V1, and make every launch faster than the last. • Own the Data: Make tracking, attribution and experiment results reliable enough that our Growth teams trust them to decide what to scale. • Build the Growth Backend: Build and run the services, integrations and event pipelines behind our growth stack, and the internal tools that help our Paid, Creative, Social and AI Growth teams move faster. • Build to Last: Write clear, tested, observable software that can be reused across markets. • Use AI as a Force Multiplier: Use Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools throughout development to move faster, explore more ambitious solutions, and raise the quality of your work. • Need to have • Experience: You have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 year working closely with Growth teams, and have shipped meaningful products used by real customers. • Full-Stack Engineering: You build across frontend and backend. You’re as comfortable designing APIs, services, queues and integrations as you are building web funnels. • Growth Mindset: You think in experiments and you’re comfortable with the numbers that drive growth, such as CPC, CAC, conversion rate and LTV. You care whether what you shipped moved them, not only whether it shipped. • Experimentation: You’ve built A/B testing, event tracking or attribution systems, and used the results to decide what to build next. • Engineering Quality: You write clear, tested, observable, and maintainable software, even when the work moves fast. • Ownership & Judgment: You acquire context proactively, raise uncertainty early, and take responsibility for reaching the outcome. You balance speed, simplicity and long-term maintainability, and push back clearly when a decision doesn’t make sense.
