Artemis - Technical Sourcer (Contract)
Requirements
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche communities, and Boolean and X-ray search. • Generate qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for roles such as software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and platform. • Write personalized outreach that earns responses and reflects our employer brand. • Conduct initial screens to assess technical fit, motivation, and logistics before handing candidates to recruiters. • Track pipeline activity and keep the ATS clean and current. • Report on sourcing metrics including response rates, conversion, and pipeline health, and adjust tactics based on the data. • 2 or more years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a meaningful portion focused on technical roles. • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, including hard-to-find or senior profiles. • Comfort understanding technical role requirements well enough to qualify candidates without hand-holding. • Excellent written communication and a track record of high outreach response rates. • Familiarity with Ashby • A self-directed, organized working style suited to a contract engagement. • Experience sourcing in a specific domain such as AI and machine learning, security, or distributed systems. • Experience building diverse pipelines and working toward inclusive hiring goals. • Familiarity with sourcing automation or outreach tools.
