BlackCloak - Sr. Product Manager
Requirements
• 5+ years of technical product management experience, with a track record of shipping products across mobile, desktop, and cloud. • Hands-on experience building applications and turning new ideas into working prototypes. A background in software engineering is a significant advantage. • Clear technical writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders. • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Pendo, plus AI tools including Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, and ChatGPT. • Have a clear understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process. • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision, a sense of intellectual curiosity, humility, and accountability. • The ability to understand problems from the customer’s point of view, internal or external, and the judgment to make the calls that maximize the value delivered.
Responsibilities
• Write PRDs with requirements precise enough that the downstream design and generated stories come out right the first time. • Build working prototypes of new ideas so the team can test them before committing to full development. • AI native across their work from research to delivery to day to day management. • Work closely with platform, mobile, and security engineering, plus Customer Success and Design, so new features fit into our existing products. • Flag progress, roadblocks, and risks early to the people who need to know. • We hire for our values. Deliver work that is ready to use. • $120,000 – $140,000 a year • Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
