Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, real estate, workplace experience, or related functions • 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives • Experience scaling workplace operations across multiple locations or regions, nationally and internationally • Proven track record managing office expansions, build-outs, relocations, or workplace transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of facilities operations, vendor management, workplace services, and real estate processes • Experience developing workplace strategies that support organizational growth • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously • Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and contract negotiations • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities • Passion for creating exceptional employee and workplace experiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mariana's global workplace strategy aligned with company growth plans • Lead workplace operations across offices, field locations, and future global sites • Partner with leadership to evaluate, select, and scale new office and workplace locations • Oversee facilities management, workplace services, and office operations • Establish workplace standards, policies, and operating procedures across all locations • Create environments that promote collaboration, productivity, safety, and employee engagement • Develop and own global workplace budgets, forecasting, vendor strategy, and key partner relationships • Lead office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and expansion projects • Partner closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and Legal teams • Develop workplace programs that improve employee experience and operational efficiency • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and regulatory requirements • Drive workplace automation, reporting, and operational metrics • Build and lead a high-performing workplace and facilities team as the company scales
