Synthesia - Senior Solutions Engineer

• We think the ideal candidate for this role will bring 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies. • Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with both executive decision-makers (CHRO, CLO, Head of L&D, CTO) and technical audiences (IT, security, developers). • Technical depth in at least one area: Creation flows, APIs, integrations (LMS, HCM, CRM, identity), security, compliance; willingness to learn quickly across domains. • Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Comfort translating technical requirements into business value and ROI conversations. • Consultative approach to problem-solving; comfort gathering requirements, asking clarifying questions, and adapting solutions to customer needs. • Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Self-motivated and organized; ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Collaborative mindset; thrives working with AEs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to drive customer and company success. • Product orientation; genuine curiosity about how customers use technology • Willing to travel; willingness to visit key customers for discovery, executive conversations, and on-site demos. • Location • We’re ideally looking for someone based in Paris who can spend time in our office at 40 Rue du Colisée, 75008 Paris, or someone based in the UK who can spend time in our London office at 20 Triton Street, Regent’s Place, London NW1 3BF.
