Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting: Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting for strategic, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles across global markets, including NAMER, within fast-paced and high-growth environments. Experience supporting EMEA or APAC hiring is a plus. • Full-cycle recruiting: • Complex hiring scope: Experience recruiting for software engineering, technical, product, revenue, G&A, and executive roles, including hard-to-fill and senior-level talent across global markets. • Complex hiring scope: • Advanced sourcing: Ability to build and execute proactive sourcing strategies that generate high-quality and diverse talent pipelines, particularly for passive candidates in competitive markets. • Advanced sourcing: • Stakeholder partnership: Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to drive structured, data-informed hiring decisions. • Stakeholder partnership: • Data fluency: Comfortable using recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and hiring dashboards to identify trends and improve recruiting performance. • Data fluency: • Employer branding and candidate experience: Experience supporting employer branding, LinkedIn, EVP, or talent engagement initiatives that strengthen candidate attraction and engagement. • Employer branding and candidate experience: • DEI hiring practices: Experience implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and structured hiring practices that improve pipeline diversity and hiring consistency. • DEI hiring practices: • Process improvement: Ability to identify recruiting inefficiencies and implement scalable processes that improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. • Process improvement: • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required, as this role partners extensively with stakeholders across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required • AI and recruiting technology: Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, research, workflow efficiency, and recruiting operations. • AI and recruiting technology: • Experience conducting talent market mapping and competitive talent intelligence research. • Hands-on experience using Greenhouse Recruiting across the full hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic and senior-level roles across AMER, EMEA and APAC, while managing multiple searches simultaneously with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience. • Build proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen passive talent pipelines and improve candidate quality across priority functions. • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies, align on expectations, and drive efficient, structured hiring processes. • Support and enhance Degreed’s employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn Life Pages and talent engagement programs. • Contribute to inclusive hiring initiatives through structured interviewing, sourcing strategy, and process improvements. • Develop and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and hiring performance. • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce time-to-fill and improve operational efficiency across the recruiting lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with TA peers, People Experience, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fully remote, global environment. • Evaluate and adopt AI and recruiting enablement tools that improve sourcing effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
