Requirements
• Manage strategic and operational procurement processes across services, capital investments, technical purchasing, and marketing categories. • Experienced in ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle; actively involved in digital procurement processes such as collecting quotations online, e-tendering, and similar activities, • Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ or online tender processes and lead supplier selection with relevant business stakeholders, • Follow market trends, supplier performance, and innovation in the marketing services ecosystem, • Try to enrich supplier pool to create supplier diversity and sustainability • Ensure cost optimization by adhering to the purchasing budget and creating value to decrease OPEX, • Carry out procurement activities in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, • Collaborate closely with the PoC, OCM and SPD teams and finance teams to streamline the process, • Track spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget optimization efforts, • Work closely with OCM team to finalize contracts by providing information about commercial terms aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements. • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) • Preferably a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience, especially in services, capital investments, technical purchasing, and marketing categories. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced negotiation ability, • Strong planning and organizational skills, • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical capabilities, • Proficient in verbal and written English, • Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
