Requirements
• Experience running RFP and tender processes in B2B SaaS or enterprise software: you've seen the full cycle and know the operating rhythm • Experience managing multiple concurrent bids under pressure: this will be a lean team, working across a variety of global bid processes • Familiarity with enterprise procurement: compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, panel processes etc. • Built or significantly developed a bid function before: this is a new function at Ben - help us build it! • Think with an AI-native mindset: you are already using AI to automate as much of your workflow as possible, and have thought deeply about how your role is evolving with AI in mind • Have great taste and design sensitivity: You know what great looks like, and what will stand out visually in front of our prospective clients • Have excellent writing skills: you can translate a complex product into clear, persuasive responses that land with procurement teams and C-suite evaluators

• Need a slow pace to feel comfortable: we move fast, and we prioritise action, even when the path isn’t perfectly clear • Are uncomfortable being accountable for outcomes: this role involves owning projects end-to-end and being responsible for making them succeed and delivering them at a high quality • Prefer maintaining the status quo: we want to challenge assumptions and push for better ways of working • Prefer a highly structured environment with established processes and clearly defined boundaries: we’re still building, and sometimes that means creating the path as we go • Not sure if you meet 100% of the requirements? • That’s okay - we know that not everyone follows a linear career path, and we value diverse perspectives and growth mindsets.
