Nutrafol - Inventory Accounting Specialist - Contract

• 5+ years inventory accounting experience within a manufacturing environment • Experience with contract manufacturing reporting, data entry, and reconciliation to a reporting/ERP system • Strong comprehension of inventory movements/flows and their corresponding financial recognition (e.g., COGS, WIP, finished goods) • Understanding and hands-on application of production activities and build assemblies, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Experience with prepaid supplier invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor statement reconciliation • High proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets, reconciliations, and data extracts • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams • Please note that while contractors are not eligible for benefits, the benefits and perks listed below are intended to provide a snapshot of Nutrafol as an employer and are available to benefits-eligible Nutrafol employees only. • Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
