n8n - Staff Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise)
Requirements
• Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products • Strong background in enterprise PMM, including: • Go-to-market strategy • Sales enablement • Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, balancing strategy with execution • Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing • Excellent prioritisation and judgement across a broad scope • Strong written communication and content development skills • Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure, integrations, or AI • A background or interest in open-source or fair-code business models • Experience in high-growth scale-ups building PMM processes from scratch • Ability to craft messaging for both technical evaluators and executive stakeholders

• Own crucial elements of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution • Define how enterprise marketing should operate at n8n, including: • Market segmentation, persona research and ICP definition
