Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Transaction Monitoring • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse product performance data to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements and optimization.
