• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline • An engineering background, particularly in Civil, Structural, Architectural, or Construction-related disciplines, is strongly preferred • Minimum 20 years of procurement experience within construction, engineering, EPC, or infrastructure project environments • Proven experience in a senior or corporate procurement leadership role • Extensive exposure to large-scale construction projects, multinational suppliers, and subcontractor management • Middle East experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of regional supply chains, procurement practices, and market dynamics • Technical & Professional Expertise • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes, and commercial terms • Proven expertise in negotiation, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost control • Knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and regional construction practices • Strong understanding of procurement requirements within construction and infrastructure project environments • Strong leadership and team development capabilities • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strategic thinker with a practical and results-oriented approach • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities
