Responsibilities
• Partner with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to “value creation” and solution development to achieve the technical win • Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products • Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities • Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions in such as way as to inspire audience confidence • Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers • Identify and highlight business opportunities • Partner with the Sales team to achieve goals and substantially increase our foothold with public sector customers and prospects • Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation • Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances • We're looking for candidates who have: • Built custom deployment plans for other SaaS products • A technical generalist background, but are comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, Kubernetes/Docker/containerization of applications, and are always interested in learning more. • Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies • Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies • Fluency in English
