Requirements

Responsibilities

• GTM Architecture: Partner with Sales and Strategy leadership to define and refine the workflows that connect prospecting efforts with our meshed AE/AM pods. • GTM Architecture: • Operational Excellence: Act as a "Process Hawk" within Salesforce to establish and enforce the terminology, activity standards, and data rigor required for a world-class GTM engine. • Operational Excellence: • Strategic Enablement: Serve as a linguistic and tactical bridge; you will empower BDRs to share their prospecting expertise with senior cross-functional partners to drive net-new business. • Strategic Enablement: • Pod Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and optimize a high-output pod of BDRs, taking direct ownership of their career development and pipeline contribution. • Pod Leadership: • Data-Driven Culture: Obsess over metrics and dashboards to provide GTM leadership with a "Source of Truth" regarding territory health and prospecting efficiency. • Data-Driven Culture:
