Requirements
• Prior experience with LLMs (OpenAI’s GPT-5, and Claude models from Anthropic) or agentic systems. • Proven expertise in building highly secure, fault-tolerant APIs. • Experience building high-performance, distributed systems at scale. • A strong understanding of modern dev practices like 12 Factor, CI/CD, and observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus. • Exposure to GraphQL APIs and WebSockets for real-time interactions. • 🔒 As part of our commitment to information security, all employees are expected to adhere to company security policies and procedures, participate in mandatory security awareness training, and ensure the secure handling of sensitive data in line with ISO 27001 standards. Responsibilities
• Accelerate complex due diligence for commercial real estate transactions by up to 70% using AI technology. • Collaborate with legal teams and clients in the UK/US expansion efforts. • Contribute to reimagining how property deals are conducted, focusing on speed and efficiency from day one.
