Clearer - Product Manager
Requirements
• 4+ years of product management experience. • Proven success in B2B SaaS — ideally in ecommerce enablement or growth tools — with a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. • Strong product vision and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution. • A track record of driving measurable outcomes for merchants and the business — revenue growth, retention, upsell. • Experience managing a portfolio of products across different growth stages and business models. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management — comfortable influencing across every level. • Familiarity with subscription revenue models, tech-enabled services, and product-led growth. • A genuine passion for customer experience and data-driven product development. • The way you work • Comfort with modern AI builder tools — Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0 — and a habit of using them to prototype ideas. • You'd rather show a working sandbox than ship a slide. • Started to orchestrate AI agents as part of how you work — sound instincts on what to delegate, what to verify, and what to hold and integrate yourself. • Strong product taste- When AI makes every output sound competent, you can tell whether something is actually right — and you're comfortable being the filter. • High agency and a bias to ship. You operate well without heavy processes and prefer small, accountable teams over committee-driven decisions.
