Requirements
• Strong infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE background. • Customer-facing - you can architect, demo, and win technical trust. • You bridge product and field naturally. • Bilingual French & English speaker and based in or near Paris. (Please don’t apply if you don’t have the right to work in France, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role and language requirements are mandatory) • MSP, Startup or tech scaleup experience would be a plus • You fully embrace new ways of coding using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools • You want pure IC coding with no customer contact. • You dislike context-switching between deep tech and customer conversations.
Responsibilities
• Be the technical lead across pre-sales and post-sales. • Scope customer environments and design 2501 agent deployments that fit their infrastructure. • Run POCs and pilots, and integrate with customer infra and observability stacks. • Be the trusted technical advisor who bridges product and the field.
