moonpig - Campaign Manager
Responsibilities
• Manage the execution of key seasonal campaigns across all channels, including major trading moments such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. • Build and maintain campaign plans, timelines and briefs to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard. • Own the day-to-day delivery of always-on campaign activity. • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and efficiency. • Support test-and-learn initiatives across channels to drive ongoing improvement. • Support delivery of new customer acquisition targets through campaign activity. • Drive engagement and repeat purchase from existing customers, particularly across CRM and owned channels. • Monitor and optimise performance across different audience segments. • Work closely with CRM, social, media agency, PR and partnerships teams to ensure joined-up execution. • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all customer touchpoints. • Track and report on campaign performance across channels. • Identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements. • Support post-campaign analysis and insight generation.
