• 5+ years of product management experience, including B2B SaaS software. • Professional product management experience with AI-embedded products. • Familiarity with evals, datasets and working with AI models. • Technical enough to work with Git, Claude Code, and fix basic UX issues independently. • AI fluency: uses LLMs and agents as a force multiplier, from prototypes to requirements. • Comfortable starting from a blank page and overcoming ambiguity, with a bias for action. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • A traditional machine learning background: test and training data, evals, and the judgment to know that an LLM is not always the right tool. • Familiarity with the product-led growth customer journey for SaaS. • Experience leading product for MCPs, APIs or SDKs. • A creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving hard puzzles. • A track record of launching ambitious products that found distribution or commercial success. • Personally built or vibe-coded projects, for work or on the side. • Degree in business, computer science or a related field. • We strive to create an inspiring and growth-oriented environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered.
