Tango - Senior Product Manager
Requirements
• 7+ years in software product roles, with a track record of helping scale products people genuinely love • Experience at two or more companies or products; we believe seeing the movie twice leads to a richer perspective • A deep customer-discovery habit: you've built your best work on top of real user conversations, and you can prove it • Systematic and data-driven: fluent in product analytics, comfortable designing experiments, able to self-serve the data you need • Relentless follow-through: you carry the through-line across multiple projects and close every loop • Exceptional written and verbal communication: you lead with clear, structured direction and can align executives, engineers, and customers around one narrative • Comfort being the senior product voice in the room, with the judgment to make calls under ambiguity and the humility to change course when the data says so • Bonus: you've shipped AI-powered products or built with MCP; you're the kind of person who's genuinely obsessed with the frontier of generative AI, not just keeping up with it; experience mentoring or coaching others; B2B SaaS serving both self-serve users and enterprise buyers; growth/monetization work (pricing, packaging, trials) • Bonus: • You're practical and allergic to BS. Responsibilities

Benefits
• Our base salary compensation is $170,000 – $190,000 for this role, and the total compensation package will also include equity and benefits. We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of their location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. We share salary ranges on all job postings to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including past candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
