Requirements
• We are intentionally looking beyond traditional event planners. Experience in events or field marketing is welcome and will be viewed positively, but it is not essential. Responsibilities
• Event Strategy & Business Integration • Translate commercial priorities into event strategies with clear business cases • Develop annual roadmaps aligned to growth objectives • Define success metrics beyond attendance (pipeline impact, activation, ROI, incrementality) • Create scalable playbooks and operating models • Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner with Business Development, Sales, Supply, PR, Content, Branding, and Senior Leadership • Align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities • Drive structured working sessions and executive updates • Influence without direct authority in a matrix organization • Program & Project Governance • Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end • Build detailed project plans with risk mitigation and milestone tracking • Establish governance cadence and reporting mechanisms • Ensure disciplined execution across markets and teams • Performance Measurement & Optimization • Build measurement frameworks and post-event impact analysis • Identify key performance levers and iterate based on data • Develop dashboards to track ROI and business outcomes • Introduce test-and-learn approaches to improve effectiveness
