Requirements

Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and agree the right recruitment approach for each hire. • Lead direct recruitment where possible, building a strong personal network of talent and minimising reliance on search fees. • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and conduct first-round interviews, developing into a confident interviewer who assesses talent through an objective, evidence-based approach. • Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding, acting as the candidate's main point of contact from offer through to start date. • Lead recruitment of summer interns and graduates, building relationships with universities to develop a diverse early-career pipeline. • Recruitment Co-ordination • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications, helping build the firm's reputation as a great place to work. • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and help evaluate new recruitment technology. • Produce recruitment reporting and analytics — pipeline metrics, time-to-hire, source of hire, conversion rates — to support informed hiring decisions. • Individual Conduct rules: act with integrity; • act with due care, skill and diligence; • be open and cooperative with the FCA, PRA and other regulators; • pay due regard to customers' interests; • observe proper standards of market conduct. • Pemberton is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, colour, religion or belief, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
