Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry, or healthcare solution delivery • Strong business acumen • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Able to motivate and empower teams • Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed • Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation • As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: • $145,000—$165,000 USD
Responsibilities
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution initiatives • Identify and champion operational issues across both solution lines, driving root cause analysis, and implementation of scalable process improvements • Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve the member experience • Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones • Develop presentations, reporting and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks, improve process efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows and processes
