Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or in client-facing roles within high-growth tech companies. • You have excellent communication skills and exceptional EQ: empathic, thoughtful and to the point. People can’t wait to have a question for you. • You are a practical problem-solver. • You have a borderline-pathological obsession with productivity - Both personal and professional. • Spending time with others and helping them do their best work gives you energy. You love hearing people say “wow” in response to what you have to show them. • You are the one telling your friends and family about new tech products and how to use them. • You are excited about the Wealth Management industry. • You are based in the United States and like to travel. • You have prior experience building tech products. • You have prior experience in the Wealth Management industry - as a worker, as a client, or both.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Nevis’ actual daily users from onboarding to power-user award. • Build processes and tools to monitor and drive engagement with our products. • Research all possible ways in which Nevis works for (and does not work for) customers by observing and talking directly with them. A lot of this research is required, implying a significant amount of time spent on the ground or interacting with users. • Document and introduce new products and features to ensure they are fully understood and used by our customer base. This involves detailed communication skills as it's about ensuring comprehension among customers for Nevis’ offerings. • Collect, structure, and deliver insightful product feedback directly related to the user experience with Nevis to relevant stakeholders within the Product team. The emphasis is on actionable insights that can influence prioritization in both commercial strategy and new product development.
