Requirements
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management or coordinating complex, cross-functional projects. • Organization & Multitasking: Excellent time management capabilities with a proven ability to handle multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously. Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and follow-through. • A self-starter. Given ambiguous direction, you come back with a plan and a first draft, not a list of questions. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively act as a central liaison between team members and management. • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) and general office software. • Strong PowerPoint and Excel. You can build a clean steering deck and a working project tracker without hand-holding.
Responsibilities
• Project Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly progress, maintain project schedules, and provide detailed status presentations to stakeholders. Surface blockers early and push for resolution. • Meeting & Communication Facilitation: Set up and prepare meetings, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through. Manage and support communications with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Documentation & Administration: Coordinate contractual processes, including agreements, documentation, and follow-ups. Support and monitor payment processes related to projects (in collaboration with Finance and Legal) • Resource Coordination: Liaise with team members and vendors to ensure the necessary equipment, materials, and resources are available on time. • Risk & Issue Management: Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of all initiatives.
