Ethos Life - Senior Engineering Manager, Consumer

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations • 5+ years of engineering experience as an individual contributor • Experience building large, business critical projects which are highly cross functional in nature and require a deep understanding of business logic • Demonstrated ability to work closely with product to craft a strategy for new business opportunities • Ability to own consumer-focused metrics like ARPU, conversion, retention, and churn. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at working in a cross-functional group. • Be a self-starter, you are able to get things going without much guidance. • Experience implementing process best practices within a rapidly growing team. • Know how to build focused roadmaps and make difficult trade-offs. • #LI-Hybrid • #LI-NG1 • Don’t meet every single requirement?
