• 1+ years of experience in residential drafting or architectural design, ideally with a production homebuilder • Proficient in CAD/BIM software, with hands-on experience producing construction documents • Comprehension and experience with U.S. building practices, means & methods, and building codes • Demonstrated experience managing projects through to completion • Subject matter expert capable of quickly establishing credibility in the domain • Shows potential to manage a team of internal or external resources to execute implementation of homes into Higharc. • Must be based in North or South America and able to work across US-based time zones • WORKING AT HIGHARC • Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018.
