• Product Vision & Strategy • · Define and validate the agency strategy for the Home Care business, • aligned to company growth and mission goals. • · Identify opportunities to differentiate our customer tools, drive customer • ROI, and achieve high customer retention and satisfaction • · Champion innovation by staying ahead of consumer trends, technology, • and data insights that shape product direction. • Execution & Impact • · Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that • drive meaningful business and customer outcomes. • · Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality, • data-informed consumer experiences at scale. • · Measure success through key performance indicators tied to growth, • engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction. • Leadership & Influence • · Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization to ensure • alignment, clarity, and shared ownership of results. • · Act as the voice of the agency across the business, advocating for empathy, • insight, and impact in every decision.
