IonQ - Manager, Business Systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles. • Experience operating as a Product Owner, Business Systems Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or Enterprise Applications lead. • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across finance, manufacturing, operations, and systems integrations. • Experience supporting workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational systems. • Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into scalable systems solutions. • Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and systems interoperability. • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments. • Experience within aerospace, satellite, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including tools such as ION. • Experience supporting enterprise systems modernization, data integration, or large-scale operational transformation initiatives. • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Capella Employees must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable.
