Requirements
• Reporting to the Director, Product Management • Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features • Familiarity with clinical documentation, regulatory instruments (MDS, LTCF), or long-term care workflows • A track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products • A bias toward product impact over process — you focus on outcomes, not just output • PointClickCare is committed to Information Security. Responsibilities
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portfolio of Senior Care products • Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, regulatory requirements, and business value — not just feature requests • Partner closely with engineering teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows • Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF, immunizations, clinical documentation) and translate that understanding into product direction • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders • Manage products through the full development lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration • Your Key Strengths: • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of product management experience • Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle • Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems • Ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority • Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and modern development practices • Excellent communication skills — you can make complex topics clear for any audience • Your Key Strengths:
