We have a 4-stage and an optional 5th interview process, giving you plenty of time to learn about Beam while we get to know you. • 1. 30 minute intro with our Talent team • 2. 30 minute Interview with our VP of Engineering • 3. 1 hour technical test with two of our Senior Engineers • 4. 1 hour systems design interview with two of our Senior Engineers • 5. 30 minute product and cultural interview with one of our founders
