Temus - PMO Specialist

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or related project management/ delivery role. • Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments • Comfortable with hands-on PMO activities, including extensive project tracking, governance, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders. • Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status. • Willingness to support weekend system go-live activities and work occasional extended hours during BAU when required. • Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders. • Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project. • Ability to think strategically and report effectively. • Active listening skills with good written and verbal communication skills. • Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
