Responsibilities
Develop and manage a core app product line to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer service, finance, legal, HR, operations, IT security, compliance, data analytics, procurement, facilities management, real estate and more as needed for the product's success in a competitive environment.
Work with senior leadership to define business objectives of core app products based on market research findings; develop strategies that align these goals with OnePay’s overall corporate strategy while ensuring customer needs are met effectively, efficiently, and sustainably across all markets where the company operates (e.g., U.S.).
Oversee product development from concept to launch by working closely with engineering teams; ensure that products meet quality standards for performance, reliability, security, scalability, user experience, accessibility, compliance and more as needed across all markets where the company operates (e.g., U.S.).
Work directly with marketing team(s) to develop product positioning strategies; create go-to-market plans that align these goals with OnePay’s overall corporate strategy while ensuring customer needs are met effectively, efficiently and sustainably across all markets where the company operates (e.g., U.S.).
Work directly with sales team(s) to develop product positioning strategies; create go-to-market plans that align these goals with OnePay’s overall corporate strategy while ensuring customer needs are met effectively, efficiently and sustainably across all markets where the company operates (e.g., U.S.).
