MaintainX - Director of Value Engineering
Requirements
• 8–12+ years in Value Consulting, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS • 3–5+ years leading or building high-performing teams • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles ($100K–$1M+ ACV) • Strong background in ROI modeling, financial analysis, and executive storytelling • Experience in industrial, asset-intensive, or operations-focused environments preferred • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders • Deep understanding of value-based selling methodologies • Exceptional financial modeling and business case development skills • Strong cross-functional leadership and alignment capabilities • Data-driven mindset with operational rigor • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
