Requirements

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation Management: • Perform daily reconciliations for client money and safe custody assets; • Identify and investigate discrepancies, variances, and anomalies in reconciliation processes; • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions. • Data Analysis & Reporting: • Analyse financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of records • Use internal systems and software tools to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout reconciliation processes • Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, management information, and audit requests. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliation activities. • Assist in drafting and updating procedural manuals and internal guidelines. • Risk & Controls Management: • Assist in assessing and mitigating risks associated with reconciliation and CASS processes • Participate in risk assessments and contribute to enhancements in the risk management framework.
