Requirements

• Strong understanding of UX principles and web design fundamentals • Expert in Typescript and React • Experience with real-time and bi-directional communication protocols and patterns (eg. WebSockets, SSE) • Built and deployed services on any major cloud providers' services (Azure, GCP, AWS) • AI-Native development: Fast iteration & prototyping using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude or Cursor • Experience in backend development and event-driven architecture • Our stack includes python, FastAPI, postgres, Kafka and MQTT • Worked with IoT or Edge-oriented architectures • Experience or knowledge in retail POS, inventory, or loyalty systems • If you’re excited by the idea of shaping the future of retail and eager to make a real impact from day one, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reactive, real-time web interfaces that help manage & redefine what is possible with in-store content personalisation • Understand the different users of the platform and advocate for their needs • Translate user and business needs into a functional web application using RBAC and ReBAC to cater to the different users • Contribute to API and broader system design & documentation as part of end-to-end delivery of features
