Webflow - Financial Analyst, GTM
Requirements
• BS / BA college degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting; experience in SaaS or a subscription business is preferred • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from raw data • You’ll thrive as a Financial Analyst, GTM if you: • Have a working understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and renewals, and can trace them back to source data in Salesforce and the data warehouse • Enjoy partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and can explain financial results in plain terms to non-finance audiences • Notice manual work and fix it, whether with SQL, spreadsheet automation, or AI tools • Bring accounting fluency, including accruals and the monthly close; a CPA and a Big 4 background is preferred • Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. • Our Core Behaviors • Build lasting customer trust.
